DYBA Privacy Policy and User Agreement

Scope

The following privacy policy and user agreement applies to the entirety of Deerfield Youth Baseball Association ("DYBA," "we," "us," "the organization") web entities, including, but not limited to, http://dyba.com and http://dybaschedule.com. Please note that as of December 15, 2006, DYBA is no longer the proprietor of http://dybaumpires.org and bears no responsibility for the site's content under its new owner.

Personal Information and other collected data

• DYBA typically collects aggregated non-personal information about general user groups through the use of electronic cookies, web statistics, or other means
• DYBA collects personal information when you provide it to us through the use of online forms, email, or otherwise
• DYBA's servers automatically record information when a user accesses DYBA web entities, including, but not limited to, user IP address, URL accessed, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request
• When logging into or attempting go log-in to a secure area of DYBA's web entities, personal information may be collected to specifically identify users and ensure access to such areas has been properly authorized

Uses for collected data

DYBA does not disclose all uses of personal data collected by our servers, however, DYBA may use personal data to analyze user trends, discourage users from violating the DYBA User Agreement (below), and for other purposes.

Protected Areas

Protected areas of DYBA web entities are made for the sole and exclusive use of authorized DYBA officials. Authorization for such areas must be provided by the DYBA Master Scheduler, the webmaster, or a member of the DYBA board. Violation of said agreement may be cause for legal action as deemed fit by DYBA.

User Agreement

When using DYBA web entities, you agree to be bound by the following User Agreement and Terms of Service. Violation of said agreement may entail legal repercussions.

Personal, Non-Criminal Use Only

DYBA makes information available to the web community for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not use information provided on DYBA web entities to sell a product or service or for other commercial purposes. Users may not use information provided on DYBA web entities for criminal purposes under any extent of U.S. or internationally recognized law.

Changes In User Agreement and Privacy Policies

DYBA reserves the right to modify any and all User Agreements and Privacy Policies as the organization deems fit without notice to users. DYBA recommends users periodically review these terms of service and privacy policies to be aware of any changes.

Liability

DYBA is not responsible for any errors in information provided on DYBA web entities, though DYBA attempts to uphold web content to the highest factual standards. Please report any inaccuracies to the webmaster immediately.

Intellectual Property

It is the intention of DYBA to adhere to all intellectual property laws that apply within the areas in which we serve. Please report any discrepancies to the webmaster immediately.

Limitation of Responsibility

DYBA is responsible for content featured on DYBA web entities, though the organization does not guarantee its accuracy. Any other websites linked by or linked to DYBA web entities may not be affiliated with the organization, and DYBA accepts no responsibility for the content of said websites.
